The salesperson came to our house, examined the existing systems, including the ductwork. She found a section of the ductwork that had been blocked off during the original construction of the home. She took measurements to determine the appropriate system/size. She provided a quote the following day, with 3 Lennox system options. Our house is 2-story and requires 2 HVAC systems. A 4-5 man crew completed the work in one day, including removal of the existing system and installing new equipment... arrived according to schedule, worked all day and was professional and courteous. No problems and we're happy with the Lennox systems.

The estimate was on the money, the work men arrived promptly and completed the work in one day. They did an excellent job with the installation and cleaning up all the debris they caused.They also swept out all of my garage beyond what drywall dust and debris that was created from cutting the ceiling to install the registers. All three workmen were polite, professional and did an excellent job. The salesman that came out and quoted the project, was prompt and explained how the systems would work and what materials would be used. Everything he quoted was carried out as projected and right on budget target. He evaluated my existing HVAC system to be sure it could handle the additional square feet of the garage space without compromising the efficacy of the existing room. I was pleasantly surprised how cool the garage is after this conversion.

I was very pleased with Mr. Warren Duvall's evaluation of our A/C needs and recommendations for the new system. He did a thorough inspection of our home and the attic. He also took pictures in the attic and then showed them to me as he was explaining what needed to be done. I felt that we received a very detailed estimate as well as the verbal description. We had been without A/C for a week and Mr. Duvall rearranged a repair team's schedule to get our A/C unit replaced as soon as we made our decision to use Environment Masters for the work. The repairmen were courteous and arrived earlier than expected... which in our situation was just fine. The system works great and I would definitely use Environment Masters again.

First, let me talk about the inspection/estimate. The representative came over and spent approximately 2 hours taking measurements. He even spent considerable time in the hot attic space where I believe he crawled through every inch of it. This is much different than other companies that I had come out... 10-15 minutes then they try to sell you something. I was very impressed with how thorough he was. After we agreed on the price, it was just a few days before they came out to install the unit. The installers were very courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves. The consultant that did the initial estimate came back towards the end and inspected everything that the installers did. They were wonderful to work with. Did I pay too much? I do not know, but there are some things that you can't put a price on. Having my house cool better than it ever has is worth the money.

I have an annual service contract ($175/yr - $15 coupon) and I get 2 visits per year to clean, replace filters and assure proper function of my heat and AC. Both visits have been very professional - the first visit averted problems with my AC condensation pan being about to overflow in the attic! I intend to keep this company for my annual service. No problems at all and they even called to remind me it was time for my winter check-up. Not since I left Atlanta have a found a Jackson company that was proactive like this. It makes life much easier to have a service partner!!

The whole crew from the sales person to the installation guys and the construction men that had to re-work the door area to the closet were all OUTSTANDING. I do not believe I have ever had a better experience with workmen before. I have told everyone at work about how great they all were. I also am so pleased with the Lennox system at this point. Initial installation of a heat pump was done in 1991 or 1992. When this unit failed (compressor), I contacted Environment Masters and requested a new unit. Unit was installed promptly and has been maintained on a service contract. Contractor was selected initially due to knowledge of company and owners. Excellent operation.
