We can honestly say that we could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this installation. The Lennox system is marvelous. Our energy bill has been cut by half this summer (I checked 2008 bills last evening). We made the right decision to use Environment Masters and let them install the Lennox system.

Initial installation of a heat pump was done in 1991 or 1992. When this unit failed (compressor) I contacted Environment Masters and requested a new unit. Unit was installed promptly and has been maintained on a service contract. Contractor was selected initially due to knowledge of company and owners. Excellent operation.
